A CNC machine is a way to cut material into many different shapes and forms. Did you know - all the radiator covers that are being designed, assembled and finished by our team are cut using a CNC router.

We have worked intensely and over the years have produced a number of different pre-made radiator designs for you to pick from. With over 25 radiator cover choices you are enabled to disguise your radiator and make it part of your interior decor. If you wish to personalise your home even further, we can offer service that will include a skilled designer and a unique radiator cover.

The sizing of the covers will depend on the height, width of your radiator and your personal preference of it’s depth. Rad covers are excellent accessories that can be used to display photo frames, making a room homely and welcoming. There’s a lot of freedom and control in sizing the covers whether you desire to make it as slim as possible or over exaggerate its presence.

Radiator covers are extremely easy to measure. Make sure you provide measurements that are slightly oversizing the outside of the radiator and measuring it from valve to valve. Our team is happy to assist you on getting your measurements right double checking prior to proceeding with the CNC cutting.

Producing a radiator cover will involve more than one specialist. Our designer have produced pre-made designs or if you want a custom made you will work on a design together. The cover is then sent to be cut on a CNC router overlooked by a skilled machine operator.

The process continues then to our spray painter, if you want your rad cover to be sprayed and then assembled by one of our carpenters into a final product. You can then either collect the cover in our Dublin based workshop or order it to be delivered.
